To whom it may concern, Sixt, management to ownership .... Manager Richard K, "Give him a raise," when it comes to finding the right employees, to almost more important. Proper managers, one really can't know until you know. Did you did right. Well I'm telling you now. You did indeed. I had an issue, as I'm grown... I can say things happen sometimes. And are not always resolved. Specially not to the level that they can. I've been the employee, manager, GM, owner, and such. So I know. What can and cannot be done up mishaps and such. To future customers. If ever you are wondering where to go. In terms of renting a car. Look no further. Sixt is it. It's my 2nd time. First time I flew in North Carolina for a 3 day trip, ended up having to have the car for 2 weeks. They couldn't of treated me better. Was in a 5 series BMW. Perfection. The drive, condition of the vehicle, couldn't of been better. This trip, was meant to be 3 days, turned into bout a week. 5 series again. This time flying into DC. Point I want to make. I've had to deal with Sixt in multiple cities, DC, NC, NY. And every location I had to make a visit. Phenomenal. For that I'm forever thankful. So in closing. Future customers.
